Why spend a fortune on flavoured oil when it takes 5 minutes to make your own?
1 bottle extra virgin olive oil
1 bulb of garlic, peeled
Pour off a little of the oil to make room for the garlic cloves and push them into the bottle. Leave for a couple of days in a cool, dark place. Done!
