Really Easy Tabouleh



250g couscous
1 handful of raisins
600ml boiling water
coarse sea salt to taste

1 bunch of spring onions, finely sliced
vinaigrette to taste

Cover and leave until all the water has been absorbed and both the couscous and raisins are nice and plump. Fluff it up and leave to cool completely.

Add the spring onions and cover with a generous amount of the vinaigrette. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
